ARC OF TRANsformation

In our somatic coaching sessions, you will be guided through

body-based practices that evoke what you need, how to get there, and facing challenges along the way with a centered presence.

This is not therapy. It's an embodiment process to facilitate a breakthrough towards who you want to become.

Step 1: Who do you long to become?

  • Center inside of your dignity, belonging, and safety.

  • Connect with our senses.

  • Clarify what matters to you.

  • Define what you want to embody.

  • Cultivate power with ease.

Step 2: What actions do you need to take?

  • Take centered actions.

  • Define conditions of success.

  • Identify allies.

  • Find comfort amidst change.

  • Make requests and set boundaries.

  • Reconnect with parts of our bodies that need our attention.

Step 3: How do you stay embodied under pressure?

  • Settle the nervous system when triggered.

  • Face challenges with a centered presence.

  • Make grounded choices even when under pressure.

  • Embody new ways of being.

  • Celebrate gratitude for ourselves, loved ones, and this earth.

Aikido Takedown

LINEAGE

The somatic coaching methodology is from the Strozzi Institute and was founded by Richard Strozzi, psychotherapist and 7th Dan Aikido Master. It draws from an Aikido lineage, which is a Japanese form of martial arts that blends self-defense and non-violence. It grounds our practice in a powerful and peaceful way.
